Terms of Use – overseasIL

overseasIL is a platform for publishing, marketing, locating and searching for real estate properties abroad for private users, brokers, developers and real estate companies.

The site does not own the listed properties and is not a party to transactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each user is fully and solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information they publish
• Photos, descriptions and listing content
• Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Any engagement or transaction with other parties

The site is not responsible for transactions, damages, disputes, losses or misunderstandings between users.

All content, designs, site structure, ideas, functions, databases, texts, graphics, branding, logos, site systems, work methods, user experience, business concept and technology of overseasIL are protected by intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of the site owners.

There is an absolute prohibition, without prior written permission, on:

• Full or partial copying of the site
• Imitation of the site structure or its functions
• Use of the site ideas, designs or concepts
• Copying listings, databases or content
• Photographing, duplicating, scanning or scraping information
• Reverse engineering
• Establishing a competing site based on ideas, structure or processes of overseasIL

The prohibition also applies to copying with partial modifications or through a third party.

The management of overseasIL reserves the right to take any legal action against any person, company or entity that violates these terms, including for:

• Copyright infringement
• Intellectual property theft
• Copying a business idea
• Unauthorized use of information
• Commercial harm
• Unfair competition
• Use of information from site databases without permission

Violators of these terms may be exposed to significant financial claims and additional legal remedies in accordance with the law.

The site may suspend or delete a user account without prior notice in case of:

• Violation of terms of use
• Publishing misleading or illegal content
• Attempt to harm the site or other users
• Automated use, scraping or unusual activity

Use of the site is at the user's sole risk. The site does not guarantee the accuracy of information and is not responsible for any:

• Financial loss
• Direct or indirect damage
• Transaction that did not materialize
• Incorrect information
• Actions of other users
• Investment results
• Technical failures or data loss

Use of the site is also subject to the site's privacy policy.

The site management may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

These terms shall be subject to the laws of the State of Israel only. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel only.
