How it Works

   Click "Apply for Referral Partnership" below.

   Send us an XML file with your properties (or links to your properties) and we will upload them to the site.

   Once we receive a lead from someone interested in your property, we will send you a lead referral approval form where you confirm that if a deal is closed you will pay us 25% of the commission you receive in the deal, or alternatively pay us 3% of the property value (of the actual closed deal amount). Whichever you choose is fine with us, but it is most important that we agree on this in advance. After your approval, we will connect you with the interested party and you can manage the lead and deal with the customer until closing. Once the deal is closed, you will be asked to transfer our commission.

   All incoming leads are managed by our team, and we will introduce you to buyers who specifically showed interest in your property. You will receive the interested party details directly to your email and also in your personal area on the site, so you will not miss the leads sent to you.
