Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans
The Platform offers several monthly subscription plans:
- Free: 1 listing free with no time limit, additional listings ₪25/month
- Basic: Up to 5 listings, ₪75/month
- Pro: Up to 15 listings, ₪95/month
- Agency: Up to 25 listings, ₪135/month
2. Automatic Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically charged at the beginning of each monthly billing period. The subscription auto-renews until cancelled.
Users will receive notice before renewal, as required by law.
3. Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewal at any time via their dashboard.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods. See Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Price & Plan Changes
The Platform reserves the right to modify prices, plans, and features at any time.
Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with prior notice.
5. No Guarantee of Business Results
Subscription does not guarantee any specific number of leads, inquiries, sales, or business success.
Subscription fees are not a guarantee of advertising performance.
6. Agreement to Subscription Terms
Purchasing a subscription constitutes full agreement to these Subscription Terms, the Terms & Conditions, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Credit Card Billing Name
Please note: the charge on your credit card will appear under the name: OverseasIL.
